During Truck Week 2026, the Queensland Trucking Association, through Transport Workforce Futures, will launch Roads to Success – a new five-episode video podcast series showcasing the people, pathways and opportunities driving Queensland’s transport and logistics sector forward.
Hosted by Justin Thompson, Industry Engagement Manager – Road Transport and Warehousing, the short-form series features Queensland drivers, career changers, female drivers, Driving Futures pre-apprentices and fleets using training to strengthen safety, leadership and productivity.
Each episode highlights real industry stories and practical workforce pathways, including QTA-supported training initiatives such as Driving Futures, the Heavy Vehicle Driver Program and Think.Act.Drive.
The series will be released weekly during Truck Week, with teaser clips shared in the lead-up and episodes promoted across social media and Truck Week channels.
Roads to Success celebrates the people behind the wheel, the businesses investing in skills, and the workforce programs helping build a safer, stronger and more professional road freight sector.
